Where is my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details. Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days within the UK and 5–10 working days for international orders. If you haven’t received your tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us at hello@envilt.com.

Can I return my order?

We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery, provided the hygiene seal is intact. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened items. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most international locations. Shipping costs and delivery times will be shown at checkout based on your destination.

I entered the wrong shipping address—what should I do?

Please contact us at hello@envilt.com as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been dispatched yet, we will do our best to amend the address. Unfortunately, we cannot change the address once the order has been shipped.

What should I do if my product arrives damaged or incorrect?
