1. Delivery Information
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
Please ensure that your shipping information is correct at the time of ordering. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
2. Refund & Returns Policy
This returns policy applies only to products purchased directly from envilt.com. If you purchased ENVILT products through a third-party retailer, please contact them directly regarding their returns process.
We are happy to refund or exchange any product returned within 14 days of delivery, provided that:
The item is unused and unopened,
The original hygiene seal is unbroken,
The item is in its original packaging and in resalable condition.
Please note:
For health protection and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of any opened or used products unless the product is faulty or you received the wrong item.
We do not accept returns due to a change of mind.
To arrange a return, please email us at hello@envilt.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns sent without prior contact may not be processed.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 working days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure safe return.
